Contactor varieties
1. AC Contactor
Main loop is on and split AC load. The control coil can have AC and DC. Typical structures are divided into two breakpoint straight (LC1-D / F *) and single breakpoint rotation (LC1-B *). The former is compact, small and light in weight; the latter is easy to maintain and easily configured as unipolar, secondary and multipolar structures, but has a large volume and installation area.
2. DC contactor
The main loop is connected and off the DC load. The control coil can have AC and DC. The action principle is similar to that of the AC contactor, but the magnetic field energy stored by the perceptual load is released instantly during the DC separation, and the high-energy arc is generated at the breakpoint, so the DC contactor is required to have a better arc extinguishing function. Medium / large capacity DC contactors often use a single breakpoint layout for the overall structure, which is characterized by the long arc distance, and the arc extinguishing cover contains the arc extinguishing gate. Small capacity DC contactor adopts double breakpoint stereo arrangement structure.
3. Vacuum contactor
Vacuum contactor (LC1-V *), its component is similar to the general air contactors, but the vacuum contact contact is sealed in the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber. It is characterized by large on / off current and high rated operating voltage.
4. Semiconductor-type contactor
The main products, such as two-way thyristor, which is characterized by no movable part, long life, fast action, not affected by explosion, dust, harmful gas, shock and vibration resistance.
5. Electromagnetic locking contactor
The module installation and the bus installation electromagnetic lock contact are equipped with a special electromagnet, which can be kept in the on position when the coil loses power. There are imported Tesys CR1 series products.
6. Capacacitive contactor
Specifically used to input or remove the parallel capacitor in low-voltage reactive power compensation equipment to adjust the power factor of the power consumption system. Domestic LC1D * K series products. Reversible AC contactor: consists of two identical AC contactors plus mechanical interlock (and electrical interlock). Applied to dual power switching and motor equipment positive and reverse control. Can be assembled by domestic LC1-D * C series products, some imported products have products.
7. Star-triangle starting combination contactor
Using 3 contactors, 1 thermal relay and 1 delay head and auxiliary contact block are specially used in the star triangle starting equipment, originally imported LC3-D * series of products, has been stopped, but can choose independent component assembly.
